He's already an idol for the Galatasaray supporters, who love his experience and leadership.

But this week-end he's finally also a journalists' favourite as he's been picked by the site Turkish-football.com to be part of the XI of the week, together with his team-mates Balta and İnan. That's how his performance against Ankaragücü was judged:

The Czech international was the rock in Galatasaray's defense, we didn't put a foot wrong in defense and drove forward well linking the teams defense to attack.
